We provide assurance services to our clients and as consulting auditors for other licensed CPA firms.  Assurance services include compilations, reviews and audits, all in compliance with the latest professional standards.  We work with our clients to ensure satisfaction with the engagement from start to finish, and we are nimble and responsive to time sensitive projects.  Assurance is all we do, which is why we say "All the Assurance You Need".

Ed Hamilton, CPA

Licensed since 1989, Ed spent his early career as a tax accountant and auditor in the construction industry.  Then, from 1990 to 2000, he traveled around the state of Colorado performing audits of Farm Cooperatives as both a staff auditor and auditor-in-charge of audits of companies with  $1 million to $70 million in net assets.  In 2001, he changed CPA firms and worked as in-charge auditor, primarily on audits of Credit Unions ranging in net assets of $30 million to $720 million.  HIs experience at this firm also included tax return preparation, not-for-profit audits and reviews, and Form 5500 preparations for retirement plans.

In 2009, Ed started his own firm, focusing exclusively on the assurance services of compilations, reviews and audits of small to medium sized companies.  Ed has over 20 years of experience as an auditor, and has built up an intimate knowledge of audit and review procedures, giving clients the confidence their information and reporting requirements will be performed with the utmost professionalism and with the thoroughness needed in highly regulated environments.
